Job Description

Marketing Support

  • Coordinate with marketing team to request and manage marketing materials
  • Ensure product messaging consistency across all materials
  • Support product launch activities, promotional campaigns
  • Schedule and execute product-related communications across relevant channels 


Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and updates
  • Document test cases and report bugs to development teams
  • Verify fixes and improvements before product releases
  • Maintain testing documentation and processes


Documentation & User Guides

  • Create and maintain user guides and product documentation
  • Develop training materials for internal teams and customers
  • Keep documentation updated with latest product changes
  • Ensure all materials follow company style and branding guidelines


Operational Support

  • Handle routine product inquiries from internal stakeholders and customers
  • Coordinate between different teams (Operations, Business Development, Customer Solutions)
  • Support product demos and presentations
  • Manage product feedback collection and organization


Administrative Tasks

  • Support Product Owner in maintaining product backlogs and feature request databases
  • Schedule and coordinate product meetings
  • Prepare status reports and updates for stakeholders
  • Assist Product Owner in product planning and roadmap activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in product management/support, project coordination, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with testing software applications
  • Proficiency in documentation tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
  • Basic understanding of software development processes
  • Familiarity with product and project management tools (Miro, ClickUp etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies and mobile applications
  • Understanding of user experience principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and processes
